July 3, 2021, my husband and I had the best day of our lives. The two of us became one! This is all thanks to the wonderful support of our friends and family. For our wedding at Willows Bend, Bri Shively was our wedding coordinator. She was an amazing support during the planning process and the day of, which alleviated the stress from our parents, other helpers, and myself. Before the wedding, Bri assisted with giving suggestions of vendors that were trustworthy and reasonably priced. Bri also, was just overall a great support to talk through things, especially when things were stressful. On the day of the wedding, my mother created a book for Bri that demonstrated exactly how I wanted all the decorations set up, who was bringing what, and the times we wanted everything to be done. This was talked through with Bri beforehand and she gave suggestions on how to set up due to her knowing the venue. She was able to pass out the task to all the helpers and show them how decorations needed to be set up, where the food needed to go, and make sure things were running on time. Bri was able to stay calm/collected during any stressful moments and problem solve when situations would occur. Our day turned out beautiful and stress free with the support of Bri.

Bri was the day of coordinator at our wedding. She was always very personable, fun and ready to help in any way. We appreciated her being there to help make our day run smoothly. She allowed my husband and I to be stress free with her there, knowing she had everything covered. We were able to feel like guests at our wedding and just enjoy the most memorable day of our lives. We highly recommend Bri!
