Month of Wedding Management & Coordinator Package
(6 weeks Prior to Wedding)
We’ll work to bring your vision to life and ensure that your wedding day goes as planned.
Package Cost: $1,500

Build Wedding Day Timeline
A well coordinated timeline is the key to a successful wedding day. We’ll coordinate with all of your vendors to ensure that everybody knows when they need to arrive and where they are supposed to be.
Final Wedding Checklist
Ensure that all of the fine details are completed to ensure that you have everything is completed for your wedding day.
In-person Consultations (2)
We want to learn about all of the wedding planning you’ve done up to this point and understand what is remaining on your list before your wedding day.
Wedding Rehearsal Planning & Coordination
We will attend & coordinate the run through of the BIG DAY.
Wedding Day Coordinator
On the day of your big event, we’ll make sure the timeline we’ve created runs smoothly and that the bridal party and vendors stick to it.
Day of Coordination Package
For those brides that want to plan their wedding, this package allows you to receive additional support and direction from our experts, while also getting valuable tools that will help coordinate your wedding day.
Package Cost: $800

Build Wedding Day Timeline
Compile your vendor list and wedding/bridal party list and rest assured your timeline for wedding day will be set.
At Your Service
Flexible start and end times for coordinator to fit your needs. Standard is 9am to start setting up decor through cake cutting (approx 8pm).
Note: Tear down is not included in day of wedding coordination, that is an additional $500
Assist Photographer
Gather family members and bridal party according to the list bride/groom provided photographer to keep the day on track.
Cut The Cake (if desired)
Ensure the top of your cake is saved (if desired) and begin cutting cake of other tiers/sheet cakes
Be the point of contact for all Vendors
Ensure everyone knows where they are to set up.
Will make ETA phone calls if becomes of concern
